Andrea Riesen joined Glickstein Laval Carris, PA in December, 2001. Previously she was with two national CPA firms and a local firm providing tax and attest services. She has 20 years experience with tax compliance, planning and client representation with a particular emphasis in the areas of real estate, construction, medical companies and professional service companies. Additionally, her experience includes audits, reviews and compilation services provided to the above types of businesses as well as non-profit organizations, investment companies, governmental entities and other small businesses.

Andrea graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She later graduated from UF with a Master of Accounting in Taxation degree.

Andrea was an active member with the Junior League of Orlando for 6 years. She provided extensive community service and has served as Assistant Chair and Mentor on several committees. She is the current Treasurer for the Central Florida Chapter of FICPA and is the former chairman of the newsletter. She currently is heading the committee and assisting with the development of a chapter website. She has assisted in various connected fundraising efforts for the Chapter as well as other organizations.

Andrea is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
